The Consultant shall provide: A. An anticipated total of up to thirty-six (36) Laboratory and Roadway Testing Technicians will be needed during the contract duration. A minimum of 70% of the Roadway Testing Technicians shall possess at least RTT certification, a QCT Level I certification and Concrete Field-Testing Certification at the beginning of the contract and maintained throughout the contract. The remaining 30% of Roadway Testing Technicians shall possess RTT certification at the beginning of the contract and the ability to obtain QCT level I and Concrete certification within 90 days of the beginning of the contract or being added to the contract. B. Up to a total of three (3) Smoothness Technical Services Specialists (STSS) on Projects in District 1 – Gainesville, District 3 – Thomaston, and District 6 – Cartersville, as needed to meet requirements for turnaround. The technicians, Smoothness Technical Services Specialists, and technician liaison shall meet the qualifications as defined in Section L. of the Scope of Services. C. The technicians provided by the Consultant will be assigned to and work under the direct supervision of the Department’s Testing Management Operations Supervisors.
