Vendor is to provide a creative, light meal, tea menu featuring “Bridgerton” Afternoon Tea Theme. Items should be edible by hand and/or be easily consumed and appropriate for a summer outdoor/indoor event. Please consider the event taking place in likely hot summer when creating a menu. Both passed and station food menu items required including: (Estimate of 6 to 8 food items per person) 3 varieties of finger sandwiches; one with protein one with a vegetable or fruit, and one vegan option 4-6 varieties of Homemade or Home-Baked pastries including both savory and sweet items such as scones, and tarts Fruit item requested Savory item requested Vegan item requested 2 protein menu items Upscale/Gourmet Charcuterie and Cheese displays One Station inside and one station outside (weather permitting) Mini Homemade or Home-Baked Desserts such as fruit tarts, macaroons, Fruit salad or skewers Station and/or passed Beverages including lemonade, cold specialty tea beverage, flavored sparkling water, ice water, and a “mocktail” requested One station inside and one station outside (weather permitting) Alcoholic beverage service to include beer, wine, and mixed drinks Cash Bar Service (estimate of one bar inside and one bar outside – weather permitting) Quote should include a detailed, creative menu with itemized complete pricing listed for food, beverages, bar services, labor, service, linens for catering stations Per person food cost preferred; or a combination of per-person food cost and cost for station/display items - Tasting of main menu items preferred prior to final decision on menu. - Final Menu to be confirmed with vendor by ALPLM staff. - Final guest count can be provided based on the vendor’s (caterer) policy. Please outline the caterer’s policy regarding final guest count and when/if additions may be added up to a certain date before the event. -Linens to be provided by the caterer, if possible, for catering stations; white catering station linen preferred. ALPLM planning on ordering separately specialty linens for guest tables and to possibly enhance the decor at catering stations as will be needed based on what the caterer can provide. -The ALPLM is planning to rent from a vendor (separate Request for Quote) some specialty items to enhance the event theme including specialty linens, glassware, plates, silverware, and service ware. The caterer will be responsible for setting-up these rented items in time for the event, using the items during the event, and clearing and rinsing to prepare for pick up after the event all rented items provided by the specialty items vendor including linens, glassware, plates, silverware and serviceware. Caterer should state their ability to provide some serviceware and other items like glassware, plates, etc. In their quote. Items that follow the event theme would be preferred as possible. -For this event, the caterer will NOT pay the ALPLM a Catering Venue Fee since this an ALPLM hosted event.
