The vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, plant equipment, proper permits, and services including utilities and transportation necessary for the complete and satisfactory demolition of structures in the City. Demolition Services must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below: 3.1. Vendor shall take all necessary precautions to protect City property (streets, utilities, etc.) from damage by the Vendor’s equipment. 3.2. Vendor shall remove and segregate all hazardous materials identified by the City or by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 3.2.1. Vendor, in accordance with WPA guidelines, shall remove refrigerators, air conditioners and other hazardous materials.
