Initial Relocation of Records The Contractor shall provide records management and storage services, which include storing approximately 254 standard banker boxes, but shall not be limited to, the following: • Relocate and store approximately 254 banker boxes from the LACDA’s existing storage facility located at 640 Jessie Street, San Fernando, CA 91340, to the Contractor’s storage facility. • Secure banker boxes to be transported from the current storage facility, noted above, to the new Contractor’s storage facility. 3.1.2 Records Storage and Delivery Services The Contractor shall process records storage and delivery services requests made by Nick Teske for the pick-up and delivery of banker boxes, which include but shall not be limited to, the following: • Regular LACDA Pick-Up at Storage Facility o Pick-up requests made between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be picked up by an LACDA staff the next business day between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Regular Contractor Delivery to the Alhambra Administrative Building o Delivery requests made by an LACDA staff for regular delivery of boxes must be placed between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and must be delivered by the Contractor to the Alhambra Administrative Building the next business day between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
