Provide skilled operators and tradesmen, ensuring 24/7 service coverage for these gas fields. The selected contractor will be required to support the Borough in an environmentally responsible manner, ensuring all operations comply with the relevant regulatory requirements, including those set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC), and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Additionally, the contractor must provide engineering services on behalf of the NSB, ensuring that all necessary resources and expertise are available to mount a timely and effective response to inquiries and inspections from the authorities having jurisdiction.
