Rental must include all items required for the forklift operation, including the charger. The vendor will be responsible for the delivery and pickup of the rental to Big Muddy River Correctional Center. Lease shall include monthly service inspection and maintenance as required. All issues concerning maintenance or repair with rental forklift are the responsibility of the vendor. Upon request of the facility, the Vendor shall deliver the forklift equipment at the start of the contracted period, during the regular work week, during regular business hours of 7:30a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday-/Friday, except for State Holidays.
