ROOM TEMPERATURE/COLD WATER DISPENSER Rental price for water dispenser should include (Line #01): - Initial installation/Set-Up - A cup/cone dispenser is required for every cooler - Any maintenance required for the life of the contract including service, parts and labor A certified representative is required to provide both verbal and written training information, which should include daily operating, maintaining and routine cleansing for each unit at each school. In the event that a rental item needs to be replaced by the District, it is the vendor’s responsibility to provide a list of all items delivered and invoice according to replacement costs.(Line #07-09). WATER DISPENSER REQUIREMENTS: - Must be brand new and not previously used - Dispense both room temperature and cold water - Have two spouts and NO ON/OFF SWITCH, just one electrical cord. WARRANTY: The awarded vendor is required to provide a written warranty in all equipment. FIVE-GALLON BOTTLE’S STORAGE RACK: The awarded vendor must provide a rack to store approximately 80 five-gallon containers at every campus and campus kitchen, as requested for the life of the contract. DRINKING WATER: Water should be delivered in five-gallon containers, be purified and sealed with a spill proof cap to keep from water spillage. Cap should automatically seal in the event that the container needs to be moved or replaced while it is still full.
