5.1 Product Offering x Provide goods in the following categories, including but not limited to: o Office supplies o Janitorial and cleaning supplies o First aid supplies o Small appliances (e.g., microwaves, file cabinets, tables, hand trucks) x Only items from the pre-approved product list (see Attachment A) may be available for purchase. *Virginia ABC reserves the right to add, remove and modify these items / categories as it deems appropriate. 5.2 Ordering System x Provide a dedicated ordering portal for Virginia ABC, with: o A pre-selected punch-out catalog o Quantity controls per item o Individual store logins and tracking o Automated routing of orders for District Manager approval x Provide direct-to-location shipping with delivery within 1–2 business days x No minimum or maximum order thresholds x No minimum frequency requirements for orders x Shipping costs must be included in item pricing — Virginia ABC will not pay separate shipping fees x Virginia ABC is exempt from State sales tax. Form ST-12, will be issued upon request 5.3 Reporting & Analytics x Provide on-demand or access to: o Spending reports o Usage analysis
