Furnish all labor, tools, and equipment to provide cleaning service for kitchen exhaust hoods at specified locations. Service to include removal and cleaning of grease filters, removal and cleaning of roof exhaust fan, and cleaning of exhaust ducting. Service shall also to include site cleanup after service. Services shall be scheduled such that is does not disrupt operations in any of the locations listed. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to visit all sites to check conditions and acquire additional information needed. The initial contract period shall be July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026. At the option of the University and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price and terms.
