Update Engineering manuals and documents; review and report annually on the physical condition of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway roadways and facilities; maintain and update Long Range Capital Program; review construction contract phase submissions and other documents in connection with capital projects prepared by other architectural and engineering firms; review of third party improvements and License to Cross applications; support and maintain the Qualified Products List program; support the annual renewal of property insurance; support Electronic Toll Collection and intelligent transportation systems; support of real estate matters; technology application support, capital improvement program budget and schedule support; Pavement Maintenance Program Technical Support, Bridge Inspection Program Technical Manager and Bond Resolution Related Services; perform inspections; prepare for and appear as a witness on behalf of the Authority in any litigation, public hearing or other similar forum which may require testimony by the General Consulting Engineer; perform special engineering studies necessary to evaluate existing or future projects; provide supplemental staff as may be required by various Authority departments to support specific projects, and any other assignments or tasks as may require General Consulting Engineering services as deemed necessary by the Authority.
