1. Remove the surface mounted soap dispensers, mirrors, and toilet paper dispensers and save them for reinstallation. 2. Replace the existing lavatory with a commercial ADA unit with integrated sinks as manufactured by Carolina Marble Products, Inc. or equal. Size shall be equal to the existing. Include replacing the faucets with Delta model #86T1153 or equal. See the example picture in Attachment D for style of lavatory. • Disconnect the plumbing fixtures and remove the existing lavatory and sinks and dispose of properly. • Assess and prepare the walls for the new lavatory as needed. • Fabricate the ADA unit to fit the existing lavatory setup, including integrated sinks and faucets and rear and side backsplashes. Securely mount the unit ensuring proper alignment and stability. • Apply waterproof sealant around all edges and plumbing penetrations. • Adhere to all ADA requirements. 3. In each restroom, repair and prep all ceilings, walls, metal doors and frames as needed, including, but not limited to, patching and filling in cracks and holes, to receive paint. Paint shall be applied per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
