2024 TIA ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: • Preston Street: 4,400 SY of resurfacing from East Hiawatha to Pine ST. Work includes raising manholes and water valves, milling as required for inlay paving joints, replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter, storm drain upgrades, and restriping. Installation of new 6” Water Main from Preston ST to Neal ST for 1,050 LF, and replacing 110 LF of 10” Sanitary Sewer line from manhole to manhole. • Moffit Street & Edwards Street Paving: 1,250 SY of base and paving road construction on existing dirt street. Beginning at Ellist Street and extending East for 500 LF. Paving and grading includes the installation of a new fire hydrant, grading, grassing, and striping. • Hickory Street: 2,800 SY of resurfacing from Daniel Street North to the end of pavement. Work includes raising manholes and water valves, milling as required for inlay paving joints, replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter, and restriping. • Bragdon Street: 780 SY of resurfacing from Cedar ST East for 375 LF to Hickory ST. Work includes raising manholes and water valves, milling as required for inlay paving joints, and restriping. • Doctors Street: 1,150 SY of resurfacing from Cedar ST East to the End of Pavement for 275 LF. Work includes the installation of a new water line and fire hydrant, resurfacing and striping. • Holly Drive: 3,075 SY of resurfacing from Cedar ST to Hope Road for 1,320 LF. Work includes raising manholes and water valves, milling as required for inlay paving joints, installation of new 2” water main, replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter, and restriping. Point repair of Sanitary Sewer line for 30 LF, 8” PVC. • Hope Road: 2,250 SY of resurfacing from Holly Drive to Holly Drive for 1,050 LF. Work includes raising manholes and water valves, installation of new 6” water main & hydrant, replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter, and restriping. • Brannen Street: 7,600 SY of resurfacing from Cedar ST to North Lewis Street for 3,175 LF.
