Description of Equipment 1. Equipment to be serviced is located in approximately 44 departments and 28 suboffices throughout the County with current quantities/service levels as shown in the Pricing Schedule herein. The County reserves the right to change service level designations of equipment at time of award and at any time during any contract term. 2. For purposes of this IFB, equipment has been categorized into groups as shown below and in the Pricing Schedule. The price for each group shall include all components listed in the Pricing Schedule. A detailed inventory list is available in Excel format as Attachment B – Current Inventory List. 3. Equipment groups include: a. Desktop Group – Consists of a keyboard and mouse (wired and/or wireless), a CPU or thin client, monitor or monitors, network card, video card, storage drive and any internal components, whether or not these components were purchased as a group or grouped at a later time. b. Laptop Group – May include a laptop or tablet computer, separate monitor/ monitors, keyboard and mouse (wired and/or wireless), port replicator, docking station and any internal components, whether or not these components were purchased as a group or grouped at a later time. Some County staff have a telework kit in addition to their office set up. The telework kit includes a second set of monitors, keyboard, mouse, docking station, etc. c.
