Provide a hot mix asphalt (HMA) laydown machine, two steel-wheel HMA rollers, one pneumatic HMA roller, a loading device, and three skilled personnel beginning Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and ending on Friday, July 11, 2025. Training will occur at two locations: 1) TAMU RELLIS Campus in Bryan, TX, and 2) a capstone project within 30 miles of the TAMU RELLIS Campus. The current schedule includes four (4) days of paving at the RELLIS Campus and three (3) days of paving at the capstone project location. The daily rate must include delivering the laydown machine to the RELLIS campus and moving it to the capstone project location. Additional compensation beyond the daily rate will not be provided to move the HMA laydown machine.
