1.1 SUMMARY A. The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the removal and disposal of existing Boiler Systems and installation of New Boiler Systems. 1.2 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION A. General: Remove existing Boiler Systems and provide installed Boiler Systems B. Specific Labor and Materials: The labor and materials to provide on this project are as follows: 1. Remove existing Boiler Systems and dispose of offsite. 2. Install (1) Raypak Delta Limited H3-989B Water Tube Boiler 3. (1) Induction Fan for existing breaching 4. Labor to set the new boiler, connect heating hot water piping, electrical, controls and natural gas 5. Provide and install a B400 Bladder Tank and Air Vent 6. Provide and install a 3 HP 60 Gallo Air Compressor for Temp Controls 7. Include code required Emergency Stop Assemblies at each door of boiler room and 1 Carbon Monoxide Detection Device
