The services to be provided will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Preparation of feasibility, planning, development impact, and conceptual design reports. Preparation of preliminary engineering reports. GPS and field surveying. GIS system integration, system support, maintenance, and development. Sewer and/or water system rehabilitation design including field investigations. Hydraulic modeling (water and sewer). Pumping station evaluations. Design of new and rehabilitation pumping stations. Preparation of plans, specifications and addenda to include in construction bid documents. Evaluation of contractor bids; preparation and coordination of change orders; preparation of record drawings; other services during construction. Regulatory permit preparation and approval support. Site plan reviews. Property easement plat preparation. Research and field reconnaissance. Staffing support.
