The number of newly created jobs each year in the State for the last three years that require a high school diploma or degree from an institution of higher education or for which such a diploma or degree is required by rules of professional licensing;. E. The number of individuals without a high school diploma or degree from an institution of higher education in the State; and F. Recommendations for methods to promote skills-based hiring, education, and training practices in the State.
