To improve University of Oregon (UO) retention and graduation rates, we seek to work with a vendor to provide professional consulting and engagement with a cohort of other institutions on the key practices and institutional structures that support student success. The contract terms will be 5 years. We are seeking a contractor who has a proven history of success in this area and offers proprietary tools and services that demonstrate success through institutional application. This agreement will focus on redesigning the critical foundational elements of the first two years so every student can graduate and eliminate zip code and demographics as the best predictors of student success. The UO will rely on this service to help realize its strategic goals under the President’s strategic plan, Oregon Rising.
