Requirements for the State of Delaware SNAP Quality Control data and workflow automation project will include at a minimum, the ability to: Assign active and negative case reviews to PCS I and II reviewers. Track the active and negative case review process in real-time, from initiation to approval by the USDA FNS Regional Office. Send reminders and alerts to reviewers and managers based upon set parameters. Automate mailings, eliminating the need for Microsoft Mail Merge. Send email and/or text communication reminders to clients during the review process. Employ appropriate data security in accordance with industry standard guidelines. Identity and Access Management with the State’s solution, OKTA. Role Based Access Control Compliance with State and Federal Regulations Environments/Regions. This solution should be vendor/cloud hosted. Test and production regions are required.
