1. Scope I: Supply of renewable natural gas (RNG) resources and RNG credits attributes (RNGA)for use in its municipal fleet as CNG. To do this, the City of Dallas desires to partner with those who are interested in selling pipeline-quality RNG. This RFP seeks pipeline-quality RNG resources, which may be sourced from around the country and from a wide variety of feedstocks. 2. Scope II: Construction of a new CNG station. The City is interested in constructing a new CNG dispensing station at its Northwest Service Center. 3. Scope III: Operation of City of Dallas’ two existing retail CNG stations on City property. The City desires to partner with a company that can take on the day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, and reporting requirements of its existing facilities and potential future stations.
