The City of Aurora, IL is seeking a shuttle service to provide transportation for attendees to the annual July 3rd Fireworks Event. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient shuttle services to and from designated locations, ensuring a positive experience for all event attendees. The shuttle service must accommodate a large volume of patrons and operate within a specified timeframe to effectively manage the crowd during the event. The shuttle service is to provide anywhere from 10-12 buses on the evening of Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM for the City of Aurora's July 3rd Fireworks event. The buses will shuttle guests into the downtown area beginning at 6:00 PM that evening. The shuttle service will halt at 9:00 PM at their designated drop off locations and will begin shuttling guests back to their pickup locations (where they got onto the buses) at approximately 9:35 PM The shuttle service will end at approximately 11:00 PM The shuttle service should provide transportation in school buses.
