The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the selection of a Medical Equipment Planner on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). UMC seeks a qualified firm to provide Medical Equipment Planning for the implementation of the design and construction projects contemplated within the 2025 UMC General Obligation Bond Implementation Program for multiple UMC campuses. The intent is to engage the qualified Medical Equipment Planner to work under the direction of the Assistant Administrator of Planning Design and Construction through the completion of the Program. The Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for the overall management of the 2025 UMC General Obligation Bond Implementation Program including contract administration, coordination with other UMC team members, community/education, communication with stakeholders, etc.
