The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 10 - MS-1) Green screening, posts, and associated footings, approximately 10 FT High x 236 LF; and MS-2) Black iron fence, approximately 4 FT high running perpendicular to the green screen fencing, approximately 10 LF; 2. Parcel 11 - MS-1) Green screening, posts, and associated footings, approximately 8 FT High x 60 LF; 3. Parcel 12 - MS-1) Green screening, posts, and associated footings, approximately 8 FT High x 200 LF; 4. Parcel 16 - MS-1) Wood privacy fencing, posts, and associated footings, approximately 6 FT High x 140 LF; 5. Parcel 23A - MS-1) Masonry/stone veneer wall and associated footings, approximately 3.5 FT in height x 40 LF between 2 FT x 2 FT x 4FT in height masonry/stone veneer columns and associated footings; MS-2) Neighborhood Entrance Sign – Masonry/stone veneer and associated footings, 3.5 FT high X 1 FT wide X 10 FT curved wall between 2 FT x 2 FT x 4FT in height masonry/stone veneer columns and associated footings; MS-3) Irrigation components; and MS-4) Landscape lighting; 6. Parcel 23B- MS-1) Masonry/stone veneer wall and associated footings, approximately 3.5 FT in height x 25 LF between 2 FT x 2 FT x 4FT in height masonry/stone veneer columns and associated footings; MS-2) Irrigation components; MS-3) “No Soliciting” Sign; and MS-4) “BOS Security” Sign.
