The Public Works Department receives approximately 900 to 1,100 calls each month after normal business hours from City water, sewer and streets customers who are reporting emergency situations that must be address immediately or wide variety of more routine matters that must be referred to Public Works for follow up on the next business day. The answering services will be used on an after-hours schedule and occasionally during regular business hours on a “fill-in basis” when staffing levels or business needs require added assistance. The City is seeking a contractor willing to extend pricing agreed upon for this Agreement to all City departments and services. The Contractor will be given adequate access and training to the City’s phone and information technology systems to perform the operations required.
