The project entails purchasing the parts needed for a call box with two cameras and buttons one at car height and the other at truck height, and a RFID reader to work with the County badge system, to include all necessary electrical and media components that will be installed in the server room at a later date to be able to connect and have fully operational system. All components must be shipped to 8300 Radio Road, Naples, Fl. 34104. The price will be all inclusive for parts, shipment, and warranty. The call box shall be a Code Blue to match the County standard or approved equal, it shall be one component with the ability to mount the security components (1) at car height and (1) at truck height. The box shall be ‘safety blue’ in color with clear coast, graphic text (two-sided) ‘Assistance’, text to be white. The speaker for each should be IP5000 FP1 Single button (or approved equal), ‘Push for help’ bezel button. Communication should be with IP Ethernet. Incoming voltage 120V AC 250 VA. A badge access will be installed to match the county’s existing HID Wall switch readers (or approved equal), will need the power supplies and all components to ensure that the reader is operational. All components listed below must be supplied to have a fully operational system. All items are specified by parts name/ numbers that are used by the County, substitutions are allowed with specifications for approval to ensure equality. Items for purchase and delivery: i. (4) media converters FMCI-PG1POE (or equal); ii. (8) FSFPs (Part#: FSFP-EGSM2LC15 or equal); iii. (4) Associated Power Supplies (FEXTPS-48V, or equal) that will power the four FMCIs media converters for the call box tower; iv. (4) USRACK media converters (FMCI-PG1, or equal) (for USRACK Card cage); v. (1) NEMA Enclosure; vi. (1) 24 port Patch Panel that shall be mounted in the network rack; vii. (1) Network rack cabinet (CUBE-IT Wall Mount) or approved equal; viii. (1) Fiber Patch panel (CCH-O1U Rack mounted WIC, or equal); ix.
