I. Assist staff in identifying the following: A. How individual divisions can contribute towards this direction and areas of focus. B. Specific steps to take to move in the identified direction. C. A proposed timeline for implementation that includes targets/milestones. D. Metrics to measure success, including how to collect and interpret these metrics. II. Provide a framework for incorporation in the budget process, and assist with cost estimates for significant action items if needed. III. Provide a framework for a process by which staff can perform both internal and external scans to determine if the methods for moving in the desired direction are still working, if there are other factors that may impact the steps we take, and how to pivot to other methods while still focusing on the overall direction. The consultant will walk staff through the first scan 6-12 months after the Implementation plan is built out. IV. Presentation to the Village Board for the Implementation Plan. V. Final report of Implementation Plan, suitable for internal and external audiences.
