The work involves the replacement of the City’s Water main on 11th Place (from Thomas Way to Oxford Place), on Oxford Street (from 11th Avenue to 12th Avenue), on Oxford Place (from 11th Place to 12th Avenue), on Princeton Street (from 11th Place to 12th Avenue), and on 12th Avenue (from approximately Oxford Place to Oxford Street). The project includes the removal of the existing 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch water main, the installation of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of new 8-inch PVC water main along with new metered lateral services. The residential blocks will receive a new water main in the streets connecting with existing mains on each end on the new line which will improve water circulation and pressure consistency.
