Furnish all labor, equipment, and material for the resurfacing of the existing nine (9) tennis courts at the George Pappas Tennis Complex located at 1300 Market St. Includes - but is not limited to - 5’’ thick post tensioned cable reinforced 3000 psi concrete over a minimum of 3” of select fill and two layers of 6mil polyethylene sheeting. Each court shall be a single plane sloped at .0833 and true within 1/8” in 10’ when measured from and spot on the court in any direction. Design of the post-tension cable system slab, drainage management, and accessibility compliance must be provided and sealed by a licensed professional engineer and subsidiary to the tennis courts resurfacing work. The existing fence frame shall be repainted, reinstalled, and all missing hardware shall be replaced. Contractor shall store and reinstall existing fence mesh. Playing surface speed finish shall be slow to medium and match the existing courts. The playing surface shall be two-toned colors from the Plexipave System or approved equal.
