The Village Center Community Development District is requesting proposals for Executive Golf Course Landscaping Maintenance. Qualified firms wishing to respond to RFP #25P-039 Landscaping Maintenance for Village Center Executive Golf Courses (4 Areas) must provide all equipment, labor and materials described in this document, whether directly or through sub-contractors/sub-consultants. This does not, however, limit the use of subcontractors or subconsultants. The locations to be covered under this contract and broken out by Groupings are as follows: Group A - Chatham Executive Golf Courses – Amberwood, Oakleigh, Walnut Grove, Briarwood, plus the First Responders Putt & Play, Lawn Bowling and multi-purpose volleyball. Group B - Saddlebrook Executive Golf Courses – El Diablo, El Santiago, Saddlebrook, Hawk’s Bay, plus the Saddlebrook Softball Fields Group C - Chula Vista Executive Golf Course - Mira Mesa Executive Golf Course, De La Vista Executive Golf Course, plus Rio Grande Lawn Bowling Group D - Silver Lake Executive Golf Course - Hill Top Executive Golf Course, plus Knudson Softball Field
