This contract is for annual needs of a cut and shove crew for the removal of storm related debris to the shoulder of the roadway on State-maintained roadways in Division 5. All work and materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the General Guidelines of this contract, the Project Special Provisions, the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures 2024, the North Carolina Department of Transportation 2024 Roadway Standard Drawings, and the current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The Contractor shall keep themselves fully informed of all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and shall comply with the provisions of Section 107 of the Standard Specifications
