1. Furnish (as applicable) all labor, supervision, resources, equipment/tools (to include rental equipment), materials, shipping/freight, incidentals, transportation to and from the TAME Site, travel time, etc., necessary to complete the “Installation Services” at each TAME Site, as specified herein. 2. Pre-development Services: a. Permits – ensure that: i. All permits required for the performance of the installation services are displayed in a manner that is clearly visible at each TAME site. ii. All necessary permits are attained in accordance with the requirements of each applicable locality. b. Footprint – ensure that: i. Each TAME Site shall be installed in accordance with the specifications. If onsite surface issues require modification of the outlined footprint, the Contractor shall obtain prior written approval from the DEQ Contract Administrator (or his/ her designee). c. Electrical – ensure that: i. All components used shall be new and comply with all applicable NEC requirements. ii. All electrical power associated with each TAME Site’s electrical meter and or panel box are installed, connected and working in coordination with Virginia Power. iii. All electrical inspection requirements for the locality are met. d. TAME Site Readiness Requirements- ensure that: i. Upon completion of the installation services for the electrical connection and fencing, each TAME Site shall be completely ready for the DEQ to set in place the applicable monitors and trailers and ready for the DEQ’s full use of the TAME Site. e. Utilities – ensure that: i. All utilities are marked within a 50-foot radius of each TAME Site in coordination with Virginia 811.
