WORK TO BE DONE The work of this Contract includes installation of two new Kompan, INC playgrounds including all related site work and installation of Poured In Place rubber surfacing and Engineered Wood Fiber playground mulch at both of the playground sites on the property of the Crocker Elementary School. The installation of the Poured in Place rubber surfacing “DuraPlay” must meet the attached specifications from “DuraPlay” and should be subcontracted out. The full proposed cost is expected to include the cost of the subcontractor for “DuraPlay” and any and all other subcontractors. • Includes all related Site work including but not limited to excavation, backfill and grading. Installation of prepurchased Kompan, INC play equipment per manufacturer specifications. • Installation of at least 124 cubic yards of EWF at 15-20” depth. • Installation of at least 5,107 square feet of Poured in Place surfacing. • Installation of at least 5,107 square feet of 6’’ crushed stone subbase. • Installation of aromatic, flush edge/roll from PIP into EWF. • Installation and maintenance of erosion controls.
