The work shall be completed in two phases in order to allow the Fire Department to operate from the Fire Station throughout the duration of the project. The contractor shall excavate approximately 430 S.Y. of concrete and dirt 12” deep including the “V” gutter pan along the edge of the road. Contractor shall install 4” of compacted aggregate on a base. Contractor shall install 8” of 4000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh. The contractor shall remove and install concrete in two phases to allow for business operations. The sidewalk area shall meet ADA requirements going across the driveway. The “V” gutter and sidewalk shall be poured separately and pinned to the driveway and apron. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform said maintenance. All work shall be subject to prevailing wage.
