Any deficiencies identified during testing shall be documented and provide recommendations for corrective action. B. Fire Alarm System Montoring 24/7 Service 1. The contractor shall provide continuous 24/7 fire monitoring services through a qualified monitoring center. Monitoring shall include immediate response to alarm signals, trouble signals, and supervisory conditions with notifications sent to designated PERS personnel and emergency responders as required. 2. The contractor shall ensure reliable signal transmission and compliance with all applicable fire alarm monitoring standards. 3. The contractor shall conduct periodic testing of the fire alarm communication system to verify proper functionality. 4. The contractor shall maintain records of alarm events and provide detailed reports upon request. C. Fire Sprinkler System 1. The fire sprinkler system requires annual inspection and servicing to include testing of system alarms, valves, and water flow to ensure proper functionality. 2. The system requires the five- year sprinkler inspection and maintenance that includes internal inspections of piping, testing of check valves, and any other necessary action to maintain system integrity. 3. Any deficiencies identified during inspection shall be documented and provide recommendations for corrective action.
