The Project consists of the construction of a new 14,500 square feet (sf) state-of-the-art veterinary hospital and renovation of the existing 3,000 square feet veterinary clinic. The facility will include surgical suites, treatment wings, animal holding rooms, exam rooms, administrative offices, and various support spaces. The steel-framed structure will feature modern construction materials, energy-efficient glazing, and extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including a dedicated outside air system, emergency generator, and a building automation system. Site improvements include paving, utility upgrades, storm drainage modifications, and new fire and sanitary connections. Additional alternates include canopies for parking, surgical drop-off, field operations intake, and a physical connector between the new and existing clinics.
