GOAL: The Illinois Department of Natural Resources Office of Realty and Capital Planning is seeking a vendor to provide one (1) Forestry Mulcher Tractor to create, maintain, and restore wildlife habitat, public upland hunting areas, clear obstructive and invasive trees and vegetation from horse, OHV, and walking trails. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: One (1) Forestry Mulcher Tractor w/ mulching head, Equipment must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: Minimum ISO horsepower rating of 375 diesel engine; FAE 300/U/PM-250 hydraulicly driven rotor type grinding head; Rubber Tires; Gross weight of machine with mulching head no greater than 45,000 lb. Maximum travel/haul height of 11’6’’; ENGINE: Minimum ISO horsepower rating of 375, turbocharged and intercooled; Meet or exceed EPA Tier 4 emissions standards; Engine block heater; Pressurized engine compartment with reversing fan; Hydraulically driven reversing cooling fan; Centrifugal engine air pre-cleaner; 2-Stage engine air cleaner
