A. Vendors must provide a turnkey solution including the following: i. Molecular instrumentation capable of performing multiplex STI testing ii. Installation, validation, and calibration of the equipment iii. Staff training iv. Purchasing options for reagents, laboratory supplies, and other consumables necessary for the operation of the equipment v. Compliance with and support for CLIA and COLA accreditation vi. Integration with management software utilized by FCDPH (CureMD for patient management and Orchard for Laboratory information management) B. Vendors must also provide ongoing support for the following: i. Routine equipment service and maintenance ii. Non-routine repair services iii. Guarantee an uptime of 96% iv. Technical support for FCDPH Staff v. Necessary software updates for equipment and continuing training for FCDPH staff
