Fingerprint Data Parsing and Case Management 4.1 The new system will establish an interface that provides seamless interaction and receives fingerprint results from the: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); Child abuse central index (CACI) and the California Department of Justice (DOJ). This data is expected to be processed using a batch interface on a daily basis. 4.2 The system shall parse fingerprint results obtained from the FBI, CACI, and DOJ, convert them into a standardized format compatible for automated reading and interpretation by the system. 4.3 The system shall automatically upload the parsed fingerprint results (initial and subsequent) into the relevant applicant's case section called "Fingerprint Results". This section will be a restricted access area to ensure data security and CJIS compliance. 4.4 The system shall have the capability to read and interpret parsed fingerprint results (initial and subsequent). Based on these results, it shall automatically clear cases with no criminal history. The system shall then proceed to issue auto-generated clearance letters to relevant parties (applicants/agencies) and update the Case Status View Indicator to "Cleared to Work."...
