The County requires a contractor capable of performing an effective, functioning inspection program along with repair services that will ensure the ongoing condition of the County's roofing systems is maintained throughout the anticipated life expectancy. Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) and repair services on roof and roof structures throughout the County. Services shall be required on both pitched and flat roofs and shall cover a variety of roofing systems, including but not limited to: i. Asphalt Shingle; ii. Single-Ply Plastic Membrane; iii. Membrane (all others); iv. Built-up; v. Modified Bitumen; vi. Metal Roofing (all kinds); vii. Tile (all kinds); viii. Wood Shingles/Shakes; ix. Built up tar and gravel
