A. Installation, Support and Warranty Requirements Virginia Tech confirms that all networking infrastructure will be in place prior to delivery. 1) Installation a. Vendor must deliver, assemble, and install all equipment and furniture on-site. b. All packaging and debris must be removed and properly disposed of by the vendor. c. Installation must be coordinated with university staff to avoid disruption to facility operations. 2) Support & Warranty a. All items should include a manufacturer or vendor warranty; no minimum length is required but must be clearly described in the proposal. b. Remote technical support must be included for troubleshooting and assistance related to the gaming PCs and peripherals. 3) Equipment Deliverables a. Gaming Computers (36 Total) 1.
