The buildings must always be maintained in good condition. These standards require professional personnel with integrity and the desire to consistently give the highest level of performance. Precautions must be taken to ensure that the buildings and all real or personal property therein are not damaged in any way. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS – This is a multi-part RFP price submission. Each building and parking garage shall be priced individually with a per month rate, and a grand total for all the buildings/garages. Respondents must also include a price per square foot for each building. The Buildings to be cleaned are as follows: Building Name # of Occupants Municipal Building: 400 W. Broadway Ave (included in Municipal Building) 30; Broadway Parking Garage ** 0; Harper Parking Garage ** 0; * Please note that not all these employees are in the buildings at any given time (e.g. police officers are on the road, utility crews are in the field). ** Please note, the two parking garages only include cleaning of the stairwells, landings, and elevator cars.
