The buildings must always be maintained in good condition. These standards require professional personnel with integrity and the desire to consistently give the highest level of performance. Precautions must be taken to ensure that the buildings and all real or personal property therein are not damaged in any way. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS – This is a multi-part RFP price submission. Each building and parking garage shall be priced individually with a per month rate, and a grand total for all the buildings/garages.
