The New Hampshire Department of Information Technology, on behalf of the Department of Safety is seeking information on available solution to enhance the State’s Sex Offender Registry system, including it’s public-facing website. The objective is to identify a comprehensive solution capable of supporting all core functions of the Sex Offender Registry Unit. These functions include integration with NCIC and the SORNA portal, address verification, document scanning, and data collection to support all daily operations of the unit. The Sex Offender Unit is seeking a solution which includes geocoding and mapping capabilities, enabling members of the public to search within a defined radius of a given address or ZIP code. It should also support public engagement, in the form of tips and comments, via email to a designated shared email inbox. The solution should be directly connected to the National Sex Offender Registry database to ensure real-time or near real-time automatic updates.
