Provide all materials to remove existing decking/spindles/handrails and reinstall with fully composite material. DECK MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Any wood to be used shall marine grade treated lumber. • Composite material shall be Owens Corning Weardeck or approved alternate. (see attached spec) GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Remove existing wood decking, spindles, 4x4’s and handrails. • Make repairs to wood frame/structure as needed. • Provide and install new composite decking with color matching screws. • Provide and install new 6x6 wood posts that are to be bolted through to existing framing spaced at every 4’-5’ O.C. • Provide and install 2x8 composite handrail cap with (4) 2x6 composite mid-rails screwed to face of 6x6’s. • The bridge is approximately 62’ x 6’. (to be field verified prior to bidding by contractor)
