1. Perform lockout/tag-out on all equipment to be inspected. 2. Perform visual inspection of all ozone related equipment from Liquid Oxygen (LOX) to Ozone Destruct Units, and all ancillary equipment. 3. Check and verify all process parameters and equipment are functioning in automatic mode. 4. Check LOX pressures at tank and evaporator. 5. Check evaporator condition and cycling between evaporators. 6. Check GOX pressures at O2 filter and at ozone vessel. 7. Check GOX temperature verifying with a temperature calibrator. 8. Check dew point, including at the nitrogen boost system and calibrate dew point sensors. 9. Perform condition assessment of nitrogen boost compressor, dryers, valves, and piping. 10. Check and record the gas flow rate, calibrate mass flow meters. 11. Visually inspect the condition of the gas valves, repair / replace parts as needed. 12. Visually inspect all gas check valves for proper functionality, repair / replace parts as needed. 13. Check cooling water temperature into and out of the vessel verifying with a temperature calibrator. 14. Check cooling water pressure. 15. Check cooling water flow. 16. Review site records for checks to cooling water constituents. 17. Visually inspect the condition of the cooling water pumps. 18. Perform condition assessment of power supply units. 19. Visually inspect the condition of PSU cooling lines. 20. Inspect the condition of the PSU cooling fluid (paratherm, must be clear).
