The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for a digital messaging solution to offer an additional communication medium to enhance the connection with members to important, relevant information. The digital signage solution will offer flexibility in the messages being disseminated, provide an easy-to-use interface for selected staff to manage content efficiently, deliver digital content securely, be innovative, and lastly, be fully supported by the vendor’s in-house team. The solution will stream content to existing large panel displays currently located at about 17 District sites via the District’s Wi-Fi network. The displays that the solution will be connected to support HDMI connectivity and offer 4k resolution
