The work shall include mobilization, public notification, traffic control; base repairs; concrete improvements, valley gutter installation; surface reconstruct requiring milling of asphalt concrete pavement and underlying subgrade materials; pavement, regrading to adjust cross slopes for ADA compliance; HMA paving and overlay; adjusting utility covers to grade, and installing traffic striping, marking and markers in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
