Vendor shall supply portable walk-in dual temperature refrigeration units that include the following features: Approximate 8-feet by 20-feet in size Ground mounted Temperature ranging from -10 Fahrenheit to 50 Fahrenheit Electrical connection A construction built to withstand different weather conditions and daily use Pre-assemble and ready to operate Vendor is responsible for delivery, including unloading of units in the directed location set by the Correctional Center. The pre-wiring of the units is the responsibility of the Vendor. The Correctional Center will supply the power cord or power line from the power source to the refrigeration units. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to inspect, maintain, and repair units, as needed and when requested by the Correctional Center. All maintenance and repair cost shall be covered by Vendor including labor, tools, and equipment necessary to service and repair equipment. Vendor shall include all equipment fees, including maintenance and warranty, in monthly rental cost.
