The City of Dahlonega is seeking a vendor to provide monitoring of alarm systems at Dahlonega City Hall, Dahlonega Water Treatment Plant, and Dahlonega Wastewater Treatment Plant using the existing equipment that is currently on-site. The system will need monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hardware/Equipment • There will be no hardware or equipment to install. The City will continue using the hardware and equipment on-site. Vendors can view equipment during the pre-proposal meeting as requested. Support and Maintenance • The vendor will provide a phone contact for 24/7 remote support. • The vendor will respond to requests for support with a return call within three (3) hours. • If on-site support is required for a critical failure, a technician will be on-site within six (6) hours. • The vendor will provide an annual inspection to all alarm and fire equipment. • Provide pricing for four (4) years of maintenance, if applicable. • Maintenance will include software patches and upgrades.
