Requested services include but are not limited to: project management, surveys, structural design, roadway design, hydrology/hydraulic design, geotechnical services, utility coordination, development of preliminary/final right of way plans, development of final construction plans, pavement marking and signing plans, maintenance of traffic plans, construction phase services, engineer’s estimate/project specific special provisions and other related duties deemed necessary. SCDOT intends to select and negotiate a contract with one consultant team for development of this project. The project team should be capable of providing all services outlined above. SCDOT will perform all contract negotiations; however, the final contract will be executed between the selected firm and Horry County.
