A. Monthly service providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, licensing permits (as needed), materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to service and maintain one (1) The Tank measurements 12’ Long and 5’ deep considered a 2500-gallons grease trap behind the Food Service Building at River North Correctional Center at 329 Dellbrook lane, Independence, Virginia 2434. This is inside the secured perimeter; therefore, service vehicles can exit only after the count clears, usually about 12:40 PM. B. Contract shall include emergency services. Emergency service calls shall be responded within 24 hours of notification of service needed. No overtime will be paid during these requests. The contractor shall bill the agency the hourly rate submitted on the bid submission for emergency services not covered in the Scope of Services I. (See Attachment A: Price Schedule, Section 5 Box C). A purchase order will be issued to cover any emergency services. C. All work shall be coordinated with the River North Buildings & Grounds Department. The Contact Administrator is Michael Brown at 276-773-1802. Mr. Brown shall be contacted two (2) days prior to scheduling the monthly pump service. Although the preferred schedule is the 1st of each month at 11:30 am., prescheduling is the best expedite the quickest schedule to exit when the count clears so prompt arrival at the designated time is important. An hourly rate (to be billed at a quarterly hour rate) is to be added to the Price Schedule (See Attachment A. Section 5) in the event that circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control prohibit exit of the secure area after work is completed but count has not cleared. D. The Contractor shall ensure that their employees are qualified to operate all equipment necessary to perform the work in a safe and expeditious manner and they comply with all security regulations of the facility when they are on site (see Attachment F). all employees must have a back -ground check and be approved prior to coming on-site (see Attachment D and E). The contractor shall insure that its’ employees are uniformed or clearly identifiable as employees of the vendor. E. Should inclement weather conditions or challenges beyond the control of the Contractor interrupt or delay the service, the Contractor, in writing shall: 1. Advise the Agency of stoppage or delay the service. 2. Advise the Agency of Alternate pick-up date/time.
